First aid 2013 missing information?

For example, unlike previous first aids, there is nothing about the antiviral amantadine in the antiviral section. I can't help believe this is still important to know... What else could be missing?
 
Amantadine is no longer recommended as for influenza since near 100% of the strains are resistant. So it makes sense that's it no longer in the micro section (its still in the Parkinson's section)
 
It's listed as an antiviral on p. 455 when they mention its use in Parkinson's. Most people would say that amantadine shouldn't be used due to near-100% resistance, but you're right in thinking that that doesn't preclude it from showing up on the exam in that way. I'm not sure what they were thinking in removing that.
 
I've noticed several sections found in FA2012 no longer in 2013.

off the top of my head, the lac operon for ex. If it's not in FA but still in UW, but as an older Q (maybe updated last year or two), is it still likely to be tested?

Why would FA take some of these topics out?
