Step I First Aid by subject

For those of you that have taken USMLE Step 1, could you give advice on what subjects First Aid thoroughly covered.

i.e. of the following subjects, which ones do you need another resource (BRS for example) for and which will First Aid be sufficient.

1. Anatomy
2. Embryology
3. Histology/Cell Biology
4. BioChemistry
5. Neuroanatomy
6. Physiology
7. Microbiology
8. Immunology
9. Epidemiology
10. Pathology
11. Pharmacology

Having not looked at First Aid recently and having blocked out my step I experience, I would offhand recommend BRS path and BRS physiology. I have no comment on the other subjects.
