I should be taking my exam in early September 2015, and I hope to get a good review of basic science materials first. I was hoping if someone here can suggest which source to use to get the concepts down (either KLN or the FABS books?). I think Kaplan is pretty complete, and I read here that the FABS books are not sufficient for anatomy, embryo, and I think pharm. So what you guys suggest? The plan is to use one of these sources and do usmle rx then start with the other stuff like Fa/pathoma/uworld. I appreciate any help. Thank you.

don't do the FA basic sciences book. too many errata and inconsistent sections (some good some bad). opt for a more complete source or go through FA w a comb using other sources (eg lippincott for biochem, wiki/UptoDate for pharm, CDC with micro) if you feel FA is insufficient or you lack a base for those sections. KLN may be good but I haven't used it
