First Aid for Step 2 for Step 1?

Has anybody out there used Step 2 materials to study for Step 1?I have heard that some people find the Step 2 review materials helpful for some of the more complicated vignettes. Would it be worth it to pick up a used copy of FA for Step 2, not as a primary resource but just for some extra reading?

step 2 materials will lead to needless complications and confusion. stick to first aid for step-1.

Agree with the above statement. There is already enough crap to study for step one.
