First Aid Omissions?

I just realized that there is no way that First Aid is enough for the Step. I just started studying for the step, and it seems like the book is missing a lot of crucial info. A list of omissions would be helpful for future test takers. What does everyone think are the largest gaps in FA?

Can you give some examples where you think it's lacking? I think of FA as a back bone that you add to where you are weak and lacking understanding. Obviously with pathology etc, RR is a better source than FA, but for the basics it seems to cover quite a lot.

It's a fine book, but there are major omissions. There is way to much for one person to even list. Small details plus full topics should be added. How can the book not even mention IGF-1 and GH regulation? Why not list the pKa of 5 aa?

It would take me 3 weeks to study for this exam and get a 240+ if FA were more inclusive. Annotating takes too long!
