sup pre-dents & post-dents!
noticing so many people have gotten interviews (within the bias that those who are getting interviews are posting away - as they should be, cus that's awesome)
i was definitely first batch & my stats are pretty ok except for pat:
aa: 22
bio: 21, chem: 20, ochem: 25, qr: 20
rc: 24
pat: 18

non-sci gpa is 3.9 (english major)
sci gpa is 3.7 and bcp is 3.5
working to put myself through school since i was 14; funded my braces myself; had great letters of rec & two solid leadership extra currics, as well as prestigious scholarships

only interview i got so far (& completed) was Case, which is my dream school, but i did apply to six other schools & i haven't heard back from them yet
anyone else in my shoes??? can't be possible that i'm the only one depressin' ova this thang. just wish i could fast forward a year so i won't be freakin.

it was a great personal statement - in my eyes anyway. i mean i'm an english major. it was the one part of the application i honestly enjoyed, & i had it reviewed by my dentist & a faculty member at my uni.

would that really be a reason for no invites tho?
"this applicant is ok but their personal statement didn't really speak to me. oh well. on to the next one!'

aaahh i hope so.. i know that a few of them are pretty big & their app cycle is enormous. just need words of encouragement & patience..

Yea, I feel almost the same. I still haven't heard back from NYU, BU, Temple or even Case for that matter. I think my mediocre DATs and the fact I'm Canadian play a role in this.
