will taking DAT on July 8th be in the first interview cycle? since it usually takes a few weeks for ADA to process and send out the scores.

It depends on when your AADSAS application is processed and sent to the schools. Have you already done this?

No you'll be the second cycle, this is my third time applying that's why I know It takes 3-5 weeks to send out the DAT scores. first cycle is when everything is done in June.

Hopefully my everything will be in by 30th May.

Assuming DAT is the last thing you need, you should be getting mostly pre-december 1st interviews granted your stats are solid.
