I'm not big on neuropsych (no offence meant) but I found this interesting.

I started off by looking up John Elder Robison, "Aspergian" author of Look Me In The Eye, and brother of Augusten Burroughs, author of Running With Scissors.
I was led to his blog, http://jerobison.blogspot.com, the first entry of which is his passing along a first-hand account of participating in a study of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and the effect it had on the participant's communication.

I found the account interesting and thought I'd pass it along.
