Is June 29th the first day you can receive a secondary application? looking at past forums from last year people received secondaries much earlier. is it different this year?

Yes, AMCAS sent out applications earlier last year.

Last year, the earliest possible submission was June 1 and I believe AMCAS was released to schools on June 17
