Hi everyone, I was wondering if you guys would be able to help me with my school list!! Very nervous and excited for this cycle any help would be appreciated!

A little about me.

-My o and s gpa is 3.0
-Dat is AA:20 TS:20 PAT 23
-I am Hispanic.
-my list is
LECOM
VCU
PITT
ROSEMAN
MARYLAND
HOWARD
UNE
MERCY
NOVA
NYU

Mercy might be difficult due to your gpa, VCU will be pretty difficult if you're OOS. Everything else isn't too bad, just understand that since you have a low GPA, it will be difficult but being URM might help.

I actually went to vcu undergrad and thank you I will take out Mercy. Thank you!!

No prob, yeah then keep VCU. I'm not sure what others would say but with a 3.0 GPA I'd consider applying to 15 schools or so, just in case.

I wasn't sure what other schools to apply to because of my gpa

In your case I would apply to all the schools that had 3.3ish average GPA's and hope for the best. From Doc's information:
oGPA s GPA
Nevada 3.37 Missouri 3.46
Missouri 3.34 Nevada 3.46
NY 3.34 NY 3.46
Midw Il 3.31 Midw Il 3.43
LECOM 3.29 Tufts 3.40
Tufts 3.29 E Carolina 3.40
Arizona 3.27 LECOM 3.38
New England 3.23 Arizona 3.37
Roseman 3.23 Indiana 3.33
Loma L 3.20 New England 3.33
E Carolina 3.20 Loma L 3.30
Western 3.17 Western 3.29
Howard 3.11 Howard 3.24
Meharry 3.10 Meharry 3.20

I don't have the book to know which are OOS friendly though.

From Ajj's list, I'd say consider Tufts and Midwest, Pretty sure Indiana and Missouri are OOS unfriendly, E carolina doesn't accept OOS, Meharry only accepts Black applicants I believe. Loma Linda is more partial to those that are in LDS but I don't know how they perceive OOS overall or URM for that matter.
