first yr credit classes

Hey guys,

I just had a qucik question that i was hoping someone could clear up for me. Ive been looking at different curriclum and some of the classes say how many clock hours a class is, for instance, gross anatomy for 160 clock hours, or biochem for 79 hours...what exactly does this mean? Anyone willing to explain this to me?!? Appraicte it guys

That ought to be how many hours you physically spend participating (or sleeping?) in the class. Essentially, it is the time requirements for "in-class".
