to be honest.. if you dont know pharmacology by the time you take step 3 .. knowing that will be the LEAST of your worries .. you shouldn't need pharm cards for step 3 to begin with. The pharmacology tested is covered more than enough in depth in both MTB step 3, uworld q. bank and first aid step 3 (if need be)
