Flash Cards.. are they worth it for the Step 1?

Has anyone used flash cards for the step 1 and found it to be very effective? If so, which do you suggest?

I liked the lange pharm cards. I'm pretty sure they had all but one of the drugs that I had on my exam.

board wiz are pretty legit and follow first aid...flashcards for all the subjects which i thought was awesome. a few typos tho. i found that doing these while watching tv thruout the year was very helpful. also a quick run through a day or so before the actual exam didn't hurt (i'm still waiting on the score though to confirm hahahha)

I did the BRS Microcards and Pharmcards - both which I thought were pretty high-yield in the last couple days of study. I did, however, read CMMRS and do Kaplans pharm stuff so I'm not sure how well I knew all of the stuff before doing the cards. I guess it seemed like the microcards covered almost everything on my exam, but the pharmcards maybe wasn't quite as comprehensive

I found them useful for only: Pharm, Micro and Biochem high yield points...

I'm making some myself for the absolute critical memory points from RR Path (mostly the blue charts and grey boxes). so far so good
