Flooring for procedure suite

I am looking to build out a procedure suite in my office. I was told that I need welded vinyl flooring that is turning out to be quite costly. Is chemically bonded sheet vinyl acceptable for a fluoro suite? Any other suggestions of lower cost options?

Check with your state's health department and contractors who do Dentists/oral surgeons offices. We have welded vinyl floors.
