Is anyone else having trouble submitting part 1 of the app? There is no submit button for me, nor any place to pay the 30$ online. Therefore, I am unable to receive my UFID number to finish part 2 of the app.

Whoever helps me figure this out thanks in advance.

Hey, I'm not sure if I can help you now but I can try(since I did this is a while back). I remember when I did this I knew I had some trouble as well but I think it stemmed from the fact I didn't fill out everything completely. So, not sure if this is your problem but did you make sure you filled out everything?(you can confirm by seeing if there is a check mark in the boxes above). Just go through and save and make sure there is a check mark at each box.
