Stuyding for my Florida MPJE - been in the hospital world for 8 years, so the retail questions are a little rusty.

In Florida- what is the laws regarding prescribers self prescribing and prescribing for their families, both controlled and non-controlled drugs?

How many refills does a schedule V Rx get? 5 or 12?
