Why are you getting mixed answers ? It is pretty clear if you read the law lol.

It has changed over time so I bet some of the answers he was getting are old news.

Not to mention on any topic if you ask 50 people you get 100 different answers. 😉

I get that but how does asking people here clear up all the confusion though lol? Why not just go directly to the source of information. I literally googled it and was able to pull up the info in less than a minute. I'm just saying as pharmacists, we should be able to look up things (esp drug info questions) pretty dam quickly.

Ohh I get it. You were not really wondering why he was getting conflicting answers, your 'question' was more like this: LMGTFY

Gotcha. FWIW I have often found it difficult to get clear answers from my BOP's website so I have sympathy for OP. Not on this issue specifically but in general.
