Hey everyone.
I'm having a lot of trouble making my rank list. I was fortunate to receive interviews from most Florida programs. I've been told by many that residency location doesn't matter much for psych assuming you don't want to go into academics (which I don't). My main priority is work-life balance. I don't believe that you have to "go through it" to receive great training. I think self-care is paramount to providing great patient care. I already know the info posted on the 2019-2020 psych spreadsheet and info given on IV day. So I wanted to get some input on any of the following Florida programs:
- UCF/HCA
- UF Jax
- UF Gainesville
- Jackson Memorial
- Aventura
- FAU
If you're a current resident at any of these programs please feel free to message me.
