Does anyone know of a good basic book or website about interpreting flow cytometry? I don't think I'm catching on that quickly and it might help to have a good reference.

You may have found it already but Pharmingen has an online tutorial at

Treestar, the makers of FlowJo also have an online tutorial at

http://www.flowjo.com/training.html

I think DakoCytomation also has something on their web site but I couldn't find it.

If you have specific questions PM since I do multicolor cytometry and sorting almost every day

I love the fact that the Preface says something along the lines of "....extensive experience in hematopathology is necessary for interpretation of flow cytometry" 🙄
