I used 2 position version. Handles 650 lbs, goes low to ground to make it easier for patients to climb up. Never had a problem.

You just need to decide if you want an integrated headrest or not, and how many movements. All personal preference.

We have 2 oakworks tables. Biggest feature we wanted was low to ground for patients to get on.
