Some path residencies are probably happy with COMLEX alone. With a good story about why you want to switch, and path letters of reference, you should have a decent shot. There is a funding issue with second residencies, but that's not always a huge issue. Better if these LOR's come from those involved with a Path GME training program, if possible. Apply and see what happens.
