FMGs in Neuro?

I'm a fourth year medical student studying abroad in India (from California, though) and I've been thinking about getting into Neuro and ultimately dabbling in Sleep Medicine. I have a few questions and yeah they might seem basic, but any help would be greatly appreciated!

1. What's the common path taken for FMGs to get into Neuro?
2. What's the general acceptance rate for FMGs?
3. Is Neuro too competitive for FMGs? (I know Derm. is near impossible)
4. What are the general requirements that programs look for?

Are there any FMGs here with experience regarding this?
