I just withdrew from UCSF Dental School interview for next week.. FMLLLLLLL.....so sad now!:cry:!! I hope this was a good decision. When the lady asked why, I told them that I wanted to give someone else a chance and that I already interviewed at all the schools I wanted.. I don't know why I said that! SO stupidd! I hope this doesn't upset them. What do you guys think?

One thing you should note... Dental schools are a small community which means everyone knows everyone. If u apply for residency at ucsf or perhaps elsewhere it could...bite u in the butt (although I doubt it) just be professional next time instead of coming across as an arrogant jerk.

It seems like you may have just stumbled over your words. We all do it. Be more prepared next time. But I really don't think people care to ruin your life over something silly like this. If anything, it might just be something the office laughs about. They are too busy to remember your name and are just working a 9-5 job like a lot of other people and can't wait to get home.

I know, it didn't come out like how I wanted it to. I really like UCSF and I would love to visit it. But Im just so tired of traveling. This would be my 7th interview and Im exhausted and broke. I also have classes I have to keep up with. I just wish UCSF would have emailed me earlier.

hahaha. that's funny man. Don't sweat it though - Jenna said it pretty well. They've got a job to do that involves more than circulating what so and so said between schools. I'm sure they are used to awkward conversations as well. Just be more gracious next time.
