Hello and thanks for reading

I was fortunate to just receive two interviews this month. I'm struggling to find time to focus on my secondaries as Im getting sort of antsy for my interviews and want to be prepared. do you recommend I just focus on my interviews or continue filling out secondaries? I've already filled out like 25 Should I wait till I finish my interviews and start back the secondaries around august 24? or would that huge gap in when I complete the secondaries be a red flag? thanks in advance.

Don't spend 3 weeks preparing for an interview. Over-preparing for interviews is precisely what killed me last cycle. I was so rehearsed and focused on coming off as a strong candidate that I forgot how to have a normal conversation :bang: Now here I am.. reapplying.

Do you have a thread that goes into more detail about this?

Rule One: Take A Breath

Preparing for an interview should take no more a day or two.
-reread your primary/secondary
-review some MMI scenarios
-review a few standard questions such as blurb as why medicine

What you should not do is over prepare, over think, and believe you have prepare answers for hundreds of questions. Adcoms what to get to know you, see how you think, how your communication and social skills are, and generally get a sense of you as it relates to what your written application says. So take a breath, answer the question asked, dont try to create an answer that you believe the interviewer wants to hear.
thank you
