Does anybody know of any podiatric residencies focused on sports medicine, preferrably in the south?

All residencies are now focused on surgery. There are no programs that I'm aware of that specialize in sports medicine, though some may have significant exposure. If your interest is to focus on sports med, there are several post residency fellowship programs offering that specialty.
