I am joining the ranks of the faithful... enough pessimism. These threads have worked wonders for others in the past weeks. It is my turn, I hope! Good luck everyone! Like the Boston fans who finally saw the rewards to believing this year... KEEP THE FAITH!

I'm going to be sending out some good vibes during the short week we have! I didn't receive any good news last week, but I'm hoping this week will be much better, particularly for those who haven't heard any good news for awhile!

I'm joining the optimistic people! Let's hope that this week will finally bring me some good news. Wouldn't it be nice to get my *first* interview invite?? I could bring it up during Thanksgiving dinner and add it to my list of things I'm grateful for... 🙂

Med school stuff aside, this week can only be an optimistic one...it's the great American holiday, based on our core values of eating too much, watching television, and stealing land from minorities! YAY! I kid, I kid...having received my first rejection on Saturday, I'm ready for this to be a good week! My 5 year high school reunion is on Friday as well...should be interesting. But I digress...good luck to you all, and may you have a safe, enjoyable week with friends and loved ones.

I was drinking some green tea and the tea leaves ended up in a most auspicious arrangement. This is going to be a good week.

2 of my 3 interview invitations have come by mail, so it's more than just half a week for me. Good luck guys. The tea leaves say yes.

interesting event...i was just drinking some black tea and i checked mail..tada!! its official, tea is the lucky beverage of the week!!! so drink up! 😛

i got my official rejection letter in the mail today but i had expected it and already knew it was coming (had called tulane earlier last week). so, i'm thinking that doesn't really count and am still expecting some good news this week. yeah! 👍 :luck:
