For Admins/Mods: Sticky These Threads!!

Some people complain that certain threads should be stickied because they they're very important yet keep getting lost amongst other threads. I'm not sure how the process of getting a thread stickied goes, but I'll just create a thread where we can at least ask the admins/mods.

I think these 2 threads are pretty important and should be stickied:
