What is Post-interview Status?
Is that same being on a wait list?

What is Post-interview Status?
Is that same being on a wait list?
I am a bit confused.

According to USC, anybody that has already interviewed there is under the post-interview status. They rank everybody in order of preference and they extend acceptances based on that order. So if they accept the top 30 people (I don't know the number, just an example) on their list on 12/1 and you're number 31, you will probably be included in the next set of acceptances in a few weeks.
