I am still waiting the response but as the time goes by, I feel the hope is dimmer and dimmer. Anyway, would you mind to tell me when you got the mail and what date is on the postage? Dec 3rd or earlier on the postage? With scholarship so on? or maybe status?
I know for past years, penn usually make phone call. Why not they do it this year?
