For the coversheet - Quality or Quantity ?

for the coversheet, i am stuck between choosing the last option for extracurricular activity


Which one should i pick

1) Predental club - over 100 hours but no leadership, just a member

2) Humane society - only 40 hours, just started couple months ago


Do i pick one with the most hours or the one which i feel is more "impressive"

I would do humane society and just round it up to 50 hours. It shows that you volunteered somewhere. So many pre-dents are in the pre dental club

I would go with pre-dental club! this shows that you are dedicated to dentistry.

(if you are a junior, you still have a chance at leadership positions next year.. and hopefully adcoms will rememebr that.)

Are the two that you already chose dental related? If yes, then go with 2. Otherwise, go with 1.

I put the office i shadowed at but thats in a different category
