This kinda goes along with the Seasonale thread, inasmuch as I'd like to get some feedback about a new feminine product...

I know of women who have tried this out, and it definitely seems more convenient for certain circumstances- but has anyone heard anything about health concerns or risks associated with using this product?

Thoughts in general?

Hmm, interesting. I don't know anyone who uses it and I haven't had to worry about anything like that in about 2 years, but it seems like there shouldn't be any more health risks than a tampon.

I tried it out. I didn't even finish a whole period with them though. I didn't find insertion or removal to be difficult and they worked really well. BUT I found them to uncomfortable when they were in, even when inserted according to directions. I felt like there was pressure on my urethra or something... it was weird. I have a tilted uterus so maybe that made the fit a little weird. I suggest you try them out if you are curious. They were pretty hard to find where I live but I did find them at Walgreens.

Oh Lord, I had a roommate freshman year who used them. She liked them because you could have sex with them with *in theory* no mess. But yeah, she liked them, and always used them. Said you couldn't feel them, and it wasn't hard to get them out without an ungodly mess (which is what I would think by looking at them...). Me though- I took one look at the box and said no way.
