Why do you all like Loyola so much? You love Maywood?

Loyola:
takes care of its students, has unbelievable facilities, level 1 trauma, tons of opps for patient contact early, happy/normal student body, and graduates residents known to be incredibly prepared in terms of knowledge and clinical skill. We also have one of the most extensive mentor programs I have ever heard of.

Maywood provides a great opportunity to provide care to the underserved and most of us live very close by, in the suburbs that are a 20 min train ride to the city. So far I have not encountered a downside of Loyola...
