Prepare for it like you would step 1. The CBSE and all of the NBME "forms", like forms 12-19 are old retired Step 1 questions from years past. So, first aid, Uworld, pathoma, sketchy. Don't reinvent the wheel. If you are taking it at the end of your lectures/pre-clinical years like I am in 30 days, toss the lecture slides/notes out the window, read 20 pages of First Aid a day, do 40 Q"s of UWorld, and you will pass and most likely do pretty well and then you can focus on your weaknesses and continue to do Uworld/read first aid
