Does anyone know if you have to do orthostatics or do you just write it as part of your workup for pertinent cases?? It seems like it would take a big chunk of your time to do this measurement...

Also, do we have to take a blood pressure in hypertensive follow-ups and in suspected cases of aortic dissection or can we also just put those as part of the work up??

You don't *have* to do any one particular thing, and 15 minutes isn't that much time. If you can think of other relevant things to do, I would do those instead.
