Hey guys.

I received an interview on November 21 from Midwestern. I know that a ton of people have interviews there too. I was curious to know everyones travel plans. I got the email that Midwestern sends that gives a list of hotels. I am trying to figure out which one is the best value. As of now, I plan on flying into phoenix and getting a taxi to a hotel close to the school. I am trying to find a hotel that has a shuttle service to the school.

What are you alls plan on travel arrangements?

You'd be better off renting a car and finding a hotel somewhere off of I-17 and making the 10 minute drive in the morning.

i agree. I am staying at Comfort Inn and maybe getting a car or using the hotel shuttle. i am flying out the night before and then back the same day as the interview. i did that last year and it worked out well

What is with everything thinking UCSF is the best dental school out there. Sure if you want to do research. But if you wanted to do PhD DDS you would go to school in Japan that is where the best double dr for oral cancer and research are coming from

sup dawg, I grew up in the bay area, and I go to school here too. I can live at home and pay in state tuition and save mucho dinero if I get in UoP or UCSF. why dah hell would I go to Japan LOL

nm UoP they're still expensive.

im only 20 , most companies dont rent to any one under 21 🙁

I have the same problem you have. 🙁

Since I live in Socal, I'm just driving to the school.

How long you think it will take to get there? I'm in (semi) socal too, San Luis Obispo

from where i'm at it' 350 miles so about 6 hours max as long as I avoid traffic.

Going down to phoenix for 5 days. Renting a car, hanging out with some old buddies, staying in a hotel room the night before the interview, attend the interview, hang out with some buddies some more, and try to do a little studying inbetween all the fun.

Comfort Inn!
Paid $47 per night reservation.
4 miles away from MWU.
Has a bus shuttle to the school.
Commercials says they have free hot breakfast 😀

I'm also renting a car.
