For those with SIU interviews??

I just received this from SIU on Wednesday:

"Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine has received your AADSAS application. We require no additional material at this time. Please check your AADSAS web account for updates to your application."


I was done with my supplemental in June so my question to those with interviews is how long was the wait from receiving this letter and to finally being invited for an interview? This is the last school I really want to hear back from for an interview. I'm asian though and I've heard they aren't one of the most "diverse" schools? Correct me if I'm wrong, and any input would be great. Thnaks!!

I got that email awhile ago (Sep 20), and got an invite 9 days later.

About the diversity and according to the ADEA, 43/50 of last year's class were White and 3 were Asian.

Does everyone's status still say:
"The Admissions Committee at SIU/School of Dental Medicine has offered you an interview. Please call our office to schedule your interview as sooon as possible."

even though you scheduled and got an interview confirmation email?
