For transcript

do i just print transcript matching form and go to my school's registar's office

and ask them to send my transcript + matching form (sealed) to AADSAS

that will be it for the transcript part of the application?

Hmm. Does anyone know if they will be able to match your transcript with the application BEFORE it is submitted? Or do you think they will wait until you submit the application, and then go through all the matching transcripts and match them with your application?

I would ask them to send the transcript+match form express mail. It cost me like $20 extra for each transcript I sent but I think its worth it.

No idea but I had my transcripts sent in today and I just finished my application like 5 minutes ago. I will review it tomorrow and submit it. Why do you want to wait to submit?

I still need to work on a few things and I know I won't have recs until mid-June. But I really really really need to make this a priority! So hopefully I will have it done within the next few days!!

They can't verify anything until you submit. When you hit submit, your classes and grades are locked down and only then can they safely go verify. That's how they know you're done working on it.

You can send transcripts whenever you want. AADSAS just isn't going to do anything with them until they have your completed applicaiton. Under their requirements that means just hitting submit and paying. They have no way of knowing if you're done inputting coursework. It's pointless to verify any transcripts against what you've entered if you can still be modify that section. Besides that, they're probably not interested in working for free. They also need all transcripts before they start verifying. If you have multiple transcripts, I would still be working on getting those sent even if you're not submitting until later in June.

Just request them all a week or two (depending on school's processing time) before June 22nd. That way, when you submit on the 22nd, the transcripts will all come in shortly after. And honestly, I don't think 2-3 days is going to hurt you or help you.

Not to mention, I wouldn't want to submit transcripts before E-Submitting. What if they lose my transcript because they don't have me on file (These are legit concerns for me. Maybe I'm overly paranoid? I'm convinced my acceptance letter got lost int he mail😀) All joking aside though, that's what I'd do. I'm looking at the "Instructions" and they don't say whether or not you can submit transcript prior to E-Submitting though.

Do you think your school got them in the mail today? Probably not. If they go out tomorrow and your school happens to be right next door to the AADSAS receiving office, they still won't get to AADSAS until Wednesday at the earliest. Unless you use overnight delivery, I don't think your transcripts are going to get there and opened by the end of the week.

I had one transcript take 6 days before it marked as received and another that took 13 days before it was marked as received.

I don't work at AADSAS of course, but I'm pretty confident that they aren't going to cast your transcripts aside in a pile of rubble. Give them a jingle in the morning. They might put you at ease . Or they might give you a generic answer that will leave you still worried, "we can't guarantee this or that" or "delays are possible". That's just what they do.

Submit when you're comfortable with your app. If it's Wednesday, great. If it takes until Friday, you're still going out first batch.
