I've been working on my application recently. On 7/2, while trying to document my observation hours, I listed two places and pressed the button to send the email request for verification to the PTs. I gave both PTs a heads up via email, and one verified my hours within a day or so. However, the other says she has still not received the automated email today (she has checked all email folders). I'm wondering if there is some long delay between when I decide to request verification and when the email actually sends. I would like to re-send the email to her at an alternate email or even the same one, but I don't see any way of re-sending the email on the PTCAS application.
I just submitted an email to PTCAS about this, but I was wondering if anyone has a quick solution or has experienced similar problems.
