Foreign graduate applying for ophtho

Hi everyone,
I would like a sincere advice from you guys ....I am an egyptian PGY-2 ophtho resident. Board scores 258/269/passed CS first attempt.I have done 3 months of United States Clinical experience in non-ophtho fields.only 1 poster in ophtho.Need a visa. Do I have a chance in matching this year? Is there anything more I can do before or during the match to increase my chances? Any programs known to take FMGs?
It is just that it is 2000$+ thing and I really want to know my chances beforehand.
