Hello everyone,
Foreign graduate here from Sweden with master in mathematics and bachelor in physics seriously consider applying to med school here.
I have been doing some reading but have some questions regarding requirements etc but still don't really know where to begin this long marathon.
Does anyone now if it is ok to use WES to evaluate my academic credentials? I supposed course by course evaluation is the preferred one? I have seen here that some people mentioned ECE as well. Which one is more accepted by med schools?
When it comes to pre-resiquities I suppose I will have to do biology, English, chemistry. Is it ok to read these courses at a community college or better enroll in a post-baccalaureate program? (this is somehow feels like an overkill....and costs a lot of money too.)
Would I have to do physics, math as well???
MCAT is something I postpone right now.
Although there is a lot of information I am still unsure what my first steps should be. Maybe there is someone here who has been in a similar situation and wants to share his/her advice?
Any tips greatly appreciated!
