I am curious about the benefits of having a second major in Spanish. I will graduate with a double major in Biology and Spanish with a Biomedical Sciences minor. GPA 3.4, science GPA 3.2.

How helpful will that second major in Spanish be? I studied abroad in Spain for a semester too which was a great experience.

Any comments/opinions would be appreciated! Thanks

It can't hurt. There are enough places that need someone who is capable of speaking a second language. French was my major. I still got in.

I think that will be an awesome way for you to stand out. Not only can you speak spanish, but you studied abroad as well. Most people dont have any of that. Your gpa is good as well. I think it will help you.
