I am asking this for a friend of mine who recently moved to the US. Are there any foreign trained pharmacists on this forum? What are you guys doing... I mean what are the steps taken to get a license here? I am sorry if I am repeating this question... but I tried searching and wasn't too successful... 😳
Thanks

What state or states is your friend in or considering living in? That will help narrow the answers you receive to specifics rather than general. However, the place to begin is with the State Board of Pharmacy in the state you are inquiring about. Not all of us have the same rules. I can give you specific rules about CA - pm me if necessary.

Also a question to the foreign pharmacist. is it easier to get into pharmacy school at the country u are from?????

Thanks everyone... she will live either in New Jersey or Arizona... don't know where she is finally going to stay in. Do you know what the rules are for these two places? I have told her to contact the state board... but still would love to get some information for her.
