I forgot to enter course work and on the FAQ it says you can change things if you contact aadsas...so I e-mailed them and they keep sending me an auto response saying "once you e-submit, you cannot change anything" Anyone else have better luck or in the same situation?

I think the only time they let you fix/change anything in your coursework section is during the Academic Update in December

If the coursework is listed on a transcript you sent them they may very well enter it in when verify all your stats.

This is directly off of the AADSAS website:

Q: What if I forgot to enter some of my coursework?

A: If, after submitting your application, you realize you forgot to enter some of your coursework, contact an ADEA Customer Service Representative immediately (800-353-2237, 202-289-7201 or ([email protected]). You will be instructed on the next steps to take.

If AADSAS notices that you failed to enter coursework, you will be contacted by a staff person from the AADSAS Transcript Processing Department who will explain the next steps to be taken.

one more thing... since you already emailed them, it would be best to call them directly so that they may take note of it. i'd imagine their email must be overloaded and so they just brush some questions off, but if you call, most likely they'll tell you what to do.
