On my primary application, I completely forgot to mention a pretty important EC that I did:

Every other month, my fiancé and I have hold a bake sale and raise money to buy food, toiletry, and clothing so we can make "care packages" which we donate to the homeless in my hometown.

Upon reading my application over again, I noticed I didn't put it anywhere in my primary. What do I do!?

you mention it in the secondary app. Nothing you can do once you submit it

Doesn't the secondary and the primary have to match though? Won't it look shady if it's not on the primary but then I talk about it in the secondary?

did you fill out all 15 slots? Even if you didn't its still not shady

Some/many secondary applications ask you to provide additional information not included on your primary.

There is nothing you can do about the secondaries you submitted already... Later on in the cycle you can update schools with this activity.

If they put you on hold pre-interview send a letter of interest with updates. If they put you on hold post- interview, send an update/letter of interest. If they wait-listed you post-interview you can so the same. Now, you have to be take into consideration if schools take updates/letter of interest (not all of them do). Also, update the schools you're really interested in since it's a lot of work to draft these letters and make them relevant to each school's [mission]. Good luck.

I don't think a school would reject you because you didn't have donation of baked goods on your primary.

You're being neurotic. Put it in the secondaries that you haven't sent... IF it makes sense. If it doesn't, it won't be a deal breaker.

Haha I know but I don't have any other "non medical volunteer/community service"

Idk if that will make it a deal breaker or not then.

If you're otherwise light/lacking on volunteer service, then consider sending in a supplemental letter to schools where the secondary applications don't give you a chance to discuss your work.

Check this @ 07:15 mark; of course, it's not a broadly representative view of medical admissions as a whole, but it suggests that some amount of service certainly counts.

Do you have significant medical volunteering/community service? If so, it shouldn't hurt you too much... Many people are accepted with no volunteering outside their clinical volunteering.
Yes, I have about 400 hours of volunteering in a surgery center/hospital turning over surgery rooms, positioning patients, and transferring patients.
