Forgot to mention shadowing on primary; should i mention on secondary?

Like an idiot, I somehow forgot to list my 100 hours of physician shadowing on my primary.

For secondaries that have a "is there anything else you want us to know," section, should I list this? My concern is that it will make me look careless. Besides shadowing, I submitted 11 other activities. 3 were clinical, for a total of 220 clinical volunteering hours. However, none of them were as high-quality experiences as shadowing was.

if it matter, 3.98 gpa and 35 MCAT.

Yes, mention the shadowing on Secondaries wherever you are given a reasonable opportunity.
