If A is one allele and B is another, which of the following is the frequency of the B allele?

A. 25/200
B. 45/200
C. 50/200
D. 90/200
E. 115/200

So....Is this really an easy question and I am missing something? What's the deal? If someone understands, I would really appreciate an explanation!!

So.. 100 subj x 2 alleles per subj = 200

AB = 25... = 25 Bs
BB = 45... = 90 Bs
25 + 90 = 115

115/200?

To make it clearer, and stupider ( which seems easier to understand)
BB= 45,
AB=25 which means B= 25/2 =12.5 ;25 was just splited between A and B( codominance)

By compting all the B, we have B= 45+12.5 = 57.5 out of 100 which is nothing but 115/200
