I recently contacted my old boss (worked in IB for two years before deciding to pursue a career in medicine) about writing an LOR on my behalf, and he just got back to me saying he'd be happy to write one. He went so far as to ask me to give him an outline of what I'd like him to cover. Are there any "absolute musts" that my old boss needs to address? Hopefully some of the admissions folks on this forum can chime in on what they're looking for in these types of LORs. Thanks in advance guys.
