So I have question for practicing pharmacists and interns especially at hospital. Were you able to form friendships with your coworkers beyond work? I work mostly in retail so it's a little different story - one pharmacist and one technician on shift. But what about hospital?

In the corporate environment, many people meet friends through their work in the office setting. Does it hold true for hospital or do you look for friends outside your work?

you mean to hang out and stuff like that? yea its a lot easier in a hospital or corporate setting than retail (which is really independent)....its actually harder to do in retail

but if you mean relationship wise, id just give u the old saying: dont s*** where you eat' 🙂

I'll be the black sheep of the group - at my partime chain job, all the techs and pharmacists know each other well and several of us have gone out for drinks, bowling and dinner multiple times

the hospital i work at has several groups of close friends within the department.

the people are actually a lot of fun outside of work.
