Forwarding DAT scores

Is anyone else having trouble forwarding their DAT scores at the ADA website? I tried 3 different credit cards (all of them perfectly valid) and it keeps saying the transaction failed. They are canadian cards but I don't think that would make any difference.

No problems but doing it with a U.S. credit card. I would call the ADA just to make sure it didnt go through because they have some kind of disclaimer that discourages you from submitting it multiple times because it may have submitted but still said failed. With that disclaimer, I take it, its not a very solid network!

tried again. made sure the names,addresses were correct. still get failure. unbelievable..
cards worked for aadsas,the canadian dental association,amazon.com etc
