UW says foscarnet is a ca chelator, so it will cause hypocalcemia.

I would go with UW hypocaclemia however don't exclude foscarnet if you see hypercalcemia in vignette

Hypocalcemia and hypo/hyper-phosphatemia.

(also hypomagnesemia and hypokalemia)
